Chef Paul Crane is embarking on a new culinary journey to achieve excellence on his own, and he will be sharing his exciting new project, Oldenburg Provisions—a modern take on Bavarian classics.

7:30pm to 8:15pm - Rooftop Cocktail Reception at Novel Nona Begin the evening with a rooftop cocktail reception where you can meet and greet fellow club members over expertly crafted cocktails. Enjoy the stunning views and vibrant atmosphere as you mingle and relax.
8:30pm to 9:30pm - Chef’s Table Dinner Experience a three-course dinner prepared by Chef Paul Crane, featuring his innovative and delectable creations:
- Welcome Bite and Introduction: Center cut bacon, beets, Florida Sriracha aioli, mustard seed, crispy onions, red amaranth, and Brochen toast.
- Course 1: Potato-wrapped Florida prawn, herbed goat cheese, tomatillo jam, and fried herb garnish.
- Course 2: Watermelon, celery foam, and Florida citrus with carbonation.
- Course 3: Dessert: Chocolate fudge, rhubarb custard with coconut, and brûlée shell.
- Goodbye and Thank You: Conclude the evening with a refreshing tropical kava.
